My
STORY
My path to body-mind work has been a winding one, traversing intensive academic study, unschooling, Non-Violent Communication, community building, farming, herbalism, movement, stillness, and meeting the challenge to let go, again and again, of expectations and assumptions. Fortunately, I have been blessed with many wonderful teachers and guides over the years, who have helped and continue to help me discover what I understand as my life’s purpose: to support myself and others in living more wholeheartedly, so that we might embody the change we wish to see in the world.

Outside of my work life, I enjoy spending time with my children -- my greatest teachers! -- my partner, and various circles of open-hearted souls who inspire and encourage me. I love to recharge in nature by hiking, camping, and foraging for wild edible & medicinal plants. I also co-facilitate conscious movement classes in Milwaukee.
