Trouble Logging on to Video Sessions?
The practice management system I use has been making improvements to address increased telehealth usage. As of yesterday, they have generated new links for video sessions. For a limited time, you will be able to access video sessions using either the old link (which you may have bookmarked or saved from a prior session) or the new one. Eventually, the old link will no longer work.
You can access your unique video appointment link by:
Clicking “Join Video Call” from your email appointment reminder (if you have not opted out of email reminders), or by
Clicking “Join Video” in the Upcoming Appointments section of the Client Portal.
