My current area of focus is supporting space-holders for the healing of the human and more-than-human world, including activists, therapists, healthcare workers, and all those who work in support of regenerative culture.
I work with individual adults within the state of Wisconsin. I accept many kinds of insurance and offer a sliding scale for those paying out of pocket.
I expect to open my waiting list in the fall of 2022, for telehealth sessions only. Please check back here soon if you would like to explore the possibility of working together.
I bring to my work a deep appreciation for the interplay between all aspects of this being human - physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual - and strive to support my clients in integrating these realms to live life more wholeheartedly. My intention is to assist my clients in feeling more at home in their bodies, and more fully present and supported in their lives, so they can embody the change they wish to see in the world.

My work is informed by both science and spiritual traditions, drawing upon a variety of sources, including the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), Buddhist psychology, interpersonal neurobiology, The Work That Reconnects, Ecopsychology, Focusing, and other somatic approaches.
My clients are motivated, committed to self-discovery, and value reconnection to the body. They understand that healing will require questioning the beliefs they've held about themselves, exploring their inner terrain, and stepping into new ways of being in the world.
Besides my work with individual clients, I am committed to exploring ways of reweaving the web of community that affirms the belonging of all members, and supports each in developing and sharing their particular gifts toward the development of a more life-serving culture. This is work (and play) of co-creation. It requires weaving together strands of old and new ways, honoring our wounds - both collective and personal - and celebrating our interconnectedness.
